A tile installation is a permanent part of the home or office. The intention when built should always be to provide the longest assembly lifetime, while meeting the aesthetic details that signal a quality installation. Unfortunately, some installations will fail to incorporate necessary components, skilled labor, or both.  Evaluations are made to bring clarity and accountability regarding sub standard installations.

When an installation is in question we rely on the Tile Council of North America Handbook, the American National Standards Institute and National Tile Contractors Association publications to see if the Standards; (ANSI) and guidelines;(TCNA) were honored.
